The
Dante
Festival Orchestra
features the best young string players from 14 local schools,
generously organised by Callington Community College.
Andrew Wilson's new Concerto brings together the Quartet and
Orchestra, while Ravel's string quartet, one of the most popular
quartets ever written, uses just four instruments to create
otherworldly sounds and expressions.

only sixteen, ends the festival with a brilliant flourish of
virtuosity and musical invention.
